Event Registration form - BASKC 2008 - Boston, MA - August 9-10, 2008

Directions:  To register for BASKC 2008, simply fill in all the fields below, checking the boxes for all the events you wish to enter.  Please double-check your entries before clicking the "Submit" button at the bottom of this form.  Please only click the "Submit" button once, there may be a small delay before the form is processed.  Once your entry is processed, you will be taken to a page that will confirm your entry and let you know what your total registration fee is.  From there, you can either send a check for that amount to the address displayed, or use the "Donate" button on the confirmation page to pay your registration fees via PaypalTM or any major credit card.

In consideration for the right to compete in BASKC 2008, I hereby hold the Boston Area Sport Kite Championships, the city of Boston, Millenium Park, the sponsors, and all other persons associated with BASKC blameless and release them from any and all liability in connection with my participation.  I further agree that BASKC may use, without payment, permission, or restriction any photographs, film, or tapes in which I may appear for any purpose whatsoever.  Please note that by checking the below box on behalf of a participant less than 18 years of age, the parent/guardian also expressly agrees to all of the above.
